Q: My Shopping Cart Has a "+1.00" in the Size Column

A: This is a perfectly natural occurrence, as the +1 is specifying to us that you have ordered an oversized shirt. This is for our Ordering purposes only, and has no effect on the quantity of your order.
Q: How Can know that you're store is secure?
A: As a company that has been around over 30 years, we understand that building a secure infrastructure is important in building customer trust. We here at The Top Half are using PayPal as our preferred method of payment, a company who specializes in secure online financial transactions. Q: I Can't View Some Pages or parts of your site

Q: How Long do your Specials Last

A: Specials are determined by The Top Half Inc. and usually have no set time period unless specified. Take advantage of each and every special that comes around, because all of them are limited engagements. Q: What is the turnaround time for a E-mail Quote A: The Top Half uses their best judgment on every job that is sent for a quote. We strive for a 24 hour turn around for Online Quotes, but due to business or limited information provided the process could take up to 3 business days.

Q: Why Doesn't My "Add To Cart" button work?

A: The "add to Cart" button on all of the t-shirt pages runs off of pay pal's site. Each time you click it tries to open a new window. You may have to close your cart window in order to continue your order process.
